For the people who book, not the people who ride.
A corporate account removes the payment step from every trip and replaces it with one invoice. Everything else about the service is identical.
What an account gives you
- No card at the curb
- Rides are invoiced to the account on net 15 or net 30 terms. Travelers never handle payment.
- Purchase orders
- Require a PO on every booking, or leave it optional. Set once, per account.
- Booked by anyone authorized
- An assistant books for a traveler. The traveler gets the confirmations and the driver's number; the account gets the invoice.
- One statement
- Every ride on the account on one invoice, itemized by traveler, date, and route.
- The same driver
- Corporate does not mean a different pool of cars. It is the same service with different paperwork.

One short conversation and we can usually have the account live the same week. Tell us roughly how often you expect to book — it changes what terms make sense.
